Brief itinerary

Day 1.

Meals No

Arrival in Murmansk.
Transfer to the hotel “Ogni Murmanska” or "Azimut".
Accommodation.
21:00 - 24:00 - Trip out of the city in search of the Northern Lights.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2.

Meals B, L

Breakfast. Transfer (about 3 hours) to the husky center located in the forest in Lovozero region.
Upon arrival, tea and pies will be served.
Tour around the center, meet husky dogs and reindeers.
Reindeer sledding (about 1 km).
Dog sledding, 5 km long trip (longer 7 and 12 km trips are available).
Lunch, including ukha fish-soup and reindeer meat.
Transfer back to Murmansk.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3.

Meals B, L

Breakfast at the hotel.
2-hour safari in the outskirts of Murmansk. The safari includes one hour snowmobiling in tundra followed by a picnic with shashlyk (shysh kebab) and tea. Snowmobile suites, helmets and gloves are provided. The tour is conducted by a Russian-speaking guide.
Transfer to the airport.

The city of Murmansk was founded in 1916. Nowadays, it is the biggest city in the world situated beyond the Arctic Circle.

This beautiful area is situated in the central and north-eastern part of the Kola Peninsula.

This trip is operated from December till March.
