Standard Terms and Conditions for accommodation booking

Booking
Please, fill in the online booking form or send us a booking request by e-mail/fax.
The following information has to be included into the booking request:
1. Hotel (hostel, guesthouse etc.) name, city (settlement).
2. Dates of stay (check-in date, check-out date).
3. Number and category of rooms.
4. Full names of guest(s), citizenship.
5. Contact information: name, email, phone number.

To make sure, that your email address in the online booking form is correct, we send an automatic email to you after your enquiry arrives. If you don't get this message within a day, please contact us by email or fax.

After we receive your request we will send you an offer.

Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within 24 hours (except for weekends and official holidays). However, due to different time zones, this can be delayed for up to 48 hours in some cases.

If room is available and you wish to confirm, you will be asked to secure the booking by a deposit. Please note that room availability sometimes changes daily, especially during high or exhibition seasons. The deposit is usually 15-30%. The balance is to be paid 14-45 days before arrival. This depends on seasonal policies of the hotels and all these details you will receive in our email response.

After the total balance is paid you will receive accommodation voucher to be shown while check-in.

Payment
Payment should be arranged by credit card or bank transfer. We accept Visa and Master Card. A Credit Card Charge Form will be attached to our email response. The Form is to be filled in and sent back to us by fax or email. All credit card payments are charged by Nordic Travel in Russian Rubles at the Russian Central Bank exchange rate on the day of transaction.
If you prefer payment by bank transfer, we will send you an invoice. Please, note that such transactions require a certain processing time and this payment method may not be accepted if the arrival time is closer than 21 days.

Cancellation, Refund
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as soon as possible by e-mail or fax. Terms of cancellation depend on hotel policies. We will provide this information at the time of booking. In case of full or partial refunding the money will be returned to your credit card or bank account.

Russian Visa
Nordic Travel provides free Russian tourist visa support (invitation) if all accommodation in Russia is booked with us. If you need our visa support, please, specify it in your request.

Other Travel Services
Should you require other travel services than accommodation (transfers, train tickets etc.) please, let us know.
