Location: Lenina Prospect, 21. Standing not far from the railway and river-boat stations, just within 20 kilometers from the airport, the 4-storey building of Severnaya Hotel is a monument of the Stalin’s classical architecture style. Rebuilt after the war in 1948 it was partially reconstructed in 1972 , while a complete reconstruction of the interior has been performed since 1995. The hotel can accommodate 278 guests in 175 rooms of different categories.

Hotel has:
Restaurant for 200 persons, banquet hall for 14 persons, cafe with two halls for 40 and 60 persons, bar for 30 persons, сonference-room for 50 seats, negotiations room, business-center, wellness center, massage and beauty parlor, hair-dresser, SPA, room-service, secure parking, round-a-clock taxi service, luggage room, souvenirs, excursion services, art exhibition, art shop, repair, dentist service.
The hotel does not have elevators.

Room types:
"Economy" SGL (24 rooms) and TWIN (16) - rooms with 1 or 2 beds, WC and shower in the corridor.
Standard SGL (10 rooms) - rooms of a small size with SGL bed, with en-suite WC and shower.
Superior SGL (27 rooms) - rooms with SGL bed, en-suite WC and shower.
Superior DBL/TWIN (66 rooms) - rooms with DBL or TWIN beds, en-suite WC and shower.
Family (9 rooms) - 2 adjacent rooms, one with TWIN beds, another one with a SGL bed, en-suite WC and shower.
Junior Suite (5 rooms) - 2-room suites, bedroom with TWIN beds, living-room, en-suite WC and shower.
Suite (7 rooms) - 2-room suites, bedroom with DBL bed, living-room, en-suite WC and shower.
Apartment (2 rooms) - 3-room suites, bedroom with DBL bed, living-room, en-suite WC and shower.

Room have:
TV, telephone, bathroom with WC and shower/buthtub (in rooms with private facilities).

Our comments.
The hotel is located in the very center. There is a small parking lot near the hotel. The building is quite old but most of the rooms are renovated. Those unrenovated include cheap rooms with WC and shower in the corridor. There are no elevators and the corridors are quite long.
