The hotel Karelia occupies a ten-storeyed building, which was completely reconstructed in 2005. The windows of the hotel
overlook the lake and the center Petrozavodsk. It takes several minutes to get to the passenger port,
main square of the city, the Museum of Fine Arts, theatres, cafes, city-centre offices.

Our comments.
It is one of the the biggest and best hotels of the city.
The infrastructure of the hotel is well-developed. There are two (small) elevators.
The buffet breakfast is quite nice with a big variety of dishes.
The rooms are not air-conditioned.
