
The Golden Ring of Russia is one of the most interesting tourist routes in the Russian Federation.
The term "Golden Ring" was introduced in the second half of the twentieth century and it unites six regions around Moscow:
Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kostroma, Tver, Yaroslavl and
Moscow regions. There are various route combinations, which go through the ancient towns of Russia such as Kostroma,
Vladimir, Sergiev Posad, Suzdal, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Rostov Veliky, Yaroslavl and numerous small towns and villages.
The towns preserved the architecture of the middle ages representing the history and culture of ancient Russia.
